How do mink eyelashes come about?
The 7-step production process for Mink Strip Lashes
1. Design Mink Eyelash Drawings
Mink Lashes Production: Only a few eyelash factories on the market can independently design their own eyelash styles, and most eyelash factories without designers can only copy other people's eyelash designs.
The first step in making mink eyelashes is design drawings, and workers will handcraft luxurious mink eyelashes according to the design drawings. (wholesale mink eyelashes)

Onlycanas Lash Supplier is one of the few eyelash companies with a designer. Our designer Mr. Gao has designed tens of thousands of eyelashes. Most of the styles you see on the market are made by him. We have many design patents for eyelash styles. Most of the eyelashes on the market are imitations of our designs. If you're wondering what styles Mr. Gao has designed, I can tell you one, Lily's most popular in Miami.

Different styles of eyelashes have different length and direction requirements. Combining
2. Prepare raw materials
The main raw material of mink eyelashes is mink hair, usually, we only use mink tail hair, which has the longest and most complete hair.
At first, the fur on the mink's tail is useless. Mink fur factories breed mink fur, mainly to provide mink fur and make mink coats in cold regions. Some people make sable tails into fur balls to put on the collar of their clothes, but most choose to discard this part.
them into the most beautiful look puts high demands on the designer.
Gao studied thousands of different eye shapes. He is good at painting and sculpture. He can design lashes to suit anyone.
When you cut a section of 21X mink lashes, you get another new lash style. Such a design cannot be imitated by others, and even if it imitates our appearance, it is impossible to have this function.

By an innovative coincidence, someone discovered that this discarded material could be used to make the most beautiful false eyelashes, and a new industry was born. You don't have to worry about cruelty, because Mink Eyelashes is a product built on recycling. Eco-friendly is a beautiful word, but someone has turned it into a weapon.
Today, mink tail hairs are collected and sorted by length and thickness. The raw material of unsorted mink hair is cheap, and the raw material of sorted mink hair is expensive because it is a work that can only be done by hand and it is very laborious.

Onlycanas Lashes' high-end mink lashes use only the most expensive and meticulous raw materials. If you think our high-end mink eyelashes are expensive, of course, it is a luxury.
3. Workers make different parts of mink eyelashes by hand
Skilled workers need half a year of training to start making eyelashes. Usually, a worker is only responsible for part of the process of making 2-3 eyelashes in his lifetime.
Each pair of lashes is made up of different parts made by different workers.

In fact, it is quite normal to have several different designs of the same lash style. A complete eyelash design diagram exists only in the designer's mind. When they come together regularly, a full mink strip lashes are born.
4. Combine into semi-finished products
Combine different lash sections made by workers. There are two other processes here, namely glue injection and cutting.
Eyelash injection is a very important but often overlooked procedure. Even if you visit an eyelash factory, the supervisor may not explain the process to you. Because he forgot, haha.
The injection process of Giovanni Lashes' high-end products is one of our core business secrets, but I'm going to reveal some to you today.
If you've used a lot of lashes, you probably remember those lashes that hurt your eyelids. Their band works hard. If the position is not right, you will burst into tears.

why is it like this? This is because the lashes are very hard and the glue it uses is not good enough to apply.
Giovanni Lashes' exclusive formula glue ensures our luxurious mink lashes are always silky soft.
What is the process of cutting eyelashes? If you look closely, you will see that the lashes on the bench are always too long. Yes, do you see the line in the middle? From there, with one click, you get a half-finished lash.

5. Mink Eyelash Styling
See here, you will find that all the lashes are still flat. If you go out wearing lashes like this, your friends may ask why you put a steel needle on your eyelid. Is this the latest cyberpunk style?
To prevent this from happening, we have to shape the eyelashes. Simply put, we need to roll them up and then work on them to keep them curled.
Tubes with different thicknesses are used according to the different curling degrees required by the designer. If the eyelashes are more curled, then we use a thinner tube. If the lashes are less curled, we use a thicker tube.
Of course, this is not the end, but only the beginning. After curling the lashes, we have to shape them as if we were going to perm. If you just roll them up, they return to their original shape when you unwrap them.
"Chemical Modeling"
At present, the most popular eyelash setting process on the market adopts the "chemical setting method", that is, soaking the rolled eyelashes with a chemical solution to fix them at a certain degree of warpage. Not the bubbling green magic potion you'd imagine, but the kind your hairdresser puts on your head when you perm. Regular eyelash factories will have a cleaning process after using the "chemical setting method" to shape the eyelashes, so there is no need to worry about chemical residues.
Different factories use different cost potions, and false eyelashes made with inferior potions have a pungent smell or strange fragrance. Clients wearing these types of lashes may cause adverse reactions and you should avoid using this product to grow your brand.
"Physical Modeling"
In addition to the "chemical setting method", there is a relatively rare process on the market, that is, the "physical setting method", which is used on Giovanni Lashes' high-end eyelashes. The heat setting method is to use a machine to heat the fixed eyelashes to a certain temperature to keep them curled.

Sounds easy, doesn't it? Why don't people use this method? Because it is a chemical agent, I don't know how to configure it, so I can buy it from others.
The heat setting method requires trial and error. If the temperature is too high, the eyelashes will be damaged. If the temperature is low, the setting will be invalid. The heat setting process can only be done once, and if the target is not reached once, the batch of lashes can only be scrapped.
The Giovanni Lashes factory initially experimented with the heat setting process for half a year and lost tons of lashes so we got the perfect heat setting process. Let's salute the designers and staff involved in the experiment!
6. Install the eyelash tray and pack the mink eyelashes.
By the time the lash styling is over, we've done most of the technical work. The next job is up to you.

You have to choose what kind of lash packaging to use and we will install the appropriate tray for you. If you do not specify a tray style, we will default to a 5*10.5cm tray, which corresponds to a box size of 4.3" x 2" x 0.5" (109.2mm x 50.8mm x 12.7mm).
