How To Remove Glue From False Eyelashes?
Feb 24, 2021
Have you ever plucked or ripped your eyelashes at night and left it alone? We're not going to tell you that this is bad for your lashes, and if you don't have a gentle way to remove and clean your false lashes, your lashes will last a long time.
Before you start cleaning and removing your lashes, it's important to know how to treat the different types of ribbon lashes. Mink, fox, and other natural fiber eyelashes require more careful care. They cannot be soaked or washed in water. This can break the curl of your eyelashes or damage the fibers. That's all the extra money gone down the drain.
You want to make it delicate with all the fake fibers, but synthetic fibers are less fragile than their animal-haired sisters. Whether you use Adele lashes, Beautygarde false lashes, or synthetic lashes from other brands, you can wash them in the same way.

Step 1: Remove makeup
Why start here? Some makeup artists will tell you to remove your false eyelashes first and then wash them. There is a unique tool that can help you make false eyelashes even cleaner, you can use makeup remover. Take off your eyebrows and eye makeup first, then take off your fake makeup. When you take them off, they're not so gross and they're not covered in makeup!
Step 2: Pull out your eyelashes
After removing makeup, use a cotton swab to dip in an oil-free makeup remover. Do not use any oily cleaning products. If your lashes are of good quality and you want to reuse them, mascara glue will no longer stick to the lashes if there is any oil on the band.
Use a cotton swab to slide along your lashes and let them penetrate a little. The glue should start to dissolve and you can use a cotton swab to gently separate the eyelashes from the lash line. Be patient. Don't be tempted to pull them. Some glue may stick to your real lashes, and some glue may come off with your false lashes.
Step 3: Remove the glue from your eyelashes
After your eyelash falls off, use tweezers to unplug the remaining glue on your eyelash carefully, and you can also use a cotton swab to dip to take makeup remover to wipe gently. You don't want any leftover glue to clump on your eyelashes.
Step 4: Rinse false eyelashes
You're almost done! Now that the glue has been washed off, you need to make sure that any residue on your lashes will come off, so they're completely clean. Apply a small amount of detergent to the new cotton swab. Place the lashes on a clean cotton pad and wipe them from the lash band to the tip. Do this a few times until the swab comes off clean. Even if the lashes are fairly wet, don't try to squeeze them.
Step 5: Dry eyelashes
Put the cleaned lashes on a paper towel to dry naturally. When they're completely dry, put the fake shoes back in the storage bin they came in. Correct cleaning and removing of false lashes each time you use them can extend your wear life! This also ensures that bacteria don't build up on your lashes, causing irritation or a potential eye infection.
